Our one-to-one personal training programs help you achieve your goals through a personally designed and tailored regime at times and venues to personally suit you.

This service includes;
  • •  Free initial consultation/needs analysis to discuss goals, any healthy issues and nutrition.

  • •  Body stat and fitness testing done on a regular basis to measure performance and progress.

  • •  Personally designed sessions at a time and venue of your choice

  • •  Review program; analysing what you have done, how you have got on and where we can make changes to your programme.

  • •  Additional nutrition plan

    £50 per session
    Buy 10 sessions get 11th one free
    We are offering an apprentice led program which is £30 per session. This is the blitzfitme approach and methods but with a less experienced trainer, offering a cheaper option.

Treat your dad to a fantastic meal at the William B, Hatfield Peverel
An exciting new six-week exhibition by Illustrator, Nicky Gayle, and Glass Artist, Mona Marnell, will be taking place in the Bookshop Gallery, Stables Courtyard, Hylands Estate, Chelmsford, which starts on Sunday 24th June and continues to the 5th August.
Can you imagine sharing the stage with Ed Sheeran or Tom Jones? Artist James Wilkinson knows exactly what it's like, he's painted many top stars whilst they performed some of their biggest hits at the V Festival, Chelmsford. Now, an exhibition of James's work has been collected for a special retrospective show, ‘VFlections' at The Gallery Wall in Chelmsford Museum, from Saturday 16 June to Sunday 2 September.
The award-winning 3foot People Festival - the UK’s largest outdoor festival exclusively for pre-school children - is returning to Chelmsford this summer for their biggest year yet.
