Charles David Casson is an independent family estate agency ran and owned by myself (Matthew) and my brother Neil Baldock. We've lived in the area for over 30 years; we grew up in Old Springfield and went to Tyrells and then Boswells. Neil still lives in Old Springfield and I live in North Springfield where my son Freddie goes to The Springfield Primary school. My youngest son Henry attends the Springfield Stars Pre-School.

We are a genuine family ran company - Neil heads up the Lettings department whilst I specialise in Residential Sales and my wife Nicola runs our accounts. We cover the whole of Chelmsford but we feel we are the perfect people to sell or let property in Springfield. We love living here and so we can promote the area with a genuine enthusiasm and answer any questions thrown at us.

Being local we are keen to be a part of the community and to help sponsor and promote Springfield schools and events.
