Don’t take our word for it! Here are some testimonials from existing clients:

“I have been going to Shimmy 'n' Groove fitness classes for two years and have been delighted with the results. My general health and fitness is better than ever and I put this down to the combination of cardio, strength, sculpting and toning that the classes provide.”

“Lindsey Abbott at Shimmy 'n' Groove is an amazing trainer both in her 1-1 sessions & group classes. She works with the ‘whole person’; mentally, physically & emotionally.”

“I’m a slightly out of shape mum of 2 with some very poor eating habits! I’ve always liked the thought of exercise and I’ve been a member of many gyms in the past, I just very rarely went (and that was before kids!). I have recently started a post-natal class with Lindsey from Shimmy ‘n’ Groove and I LOVE it! “Shimmy Sensations” recipes (main meals, snack ideas and desserts) are quick, simple and low costing. It’s not just been an hour long class each week, as a family we are changing our lifestyle.”
