What a fabulous evening of fun fitness! Over 100 people gathered at New Hall School on Wednesday 26th July to train with Jessie Pavelka, from Sky TV shows 'The Biggest Loser', 'Obese: A year to save my life' and author of a book called 'The Programme'.

His Essex based Bootcamp class followed by a brief seminar giving top tips for sustainable changes, providing an opportunity for people to ask questions regarding their lifestyle choices.
We were welcomed like old friends by Fazila and Aji, to an opulently decorated Live Dosa on Good Friday, which also coincides with Vishnu, Keralan New Year and the Harvest Season.

Very much a family occasion, we were joined by local residents of Chelmsford and the surrounding area, along with local dignitaries, namely the Lady Mayor, Patricia Hughes.
We at the community hub we were asked to enjoy the culinary delights of Live Dosa, located opposite the bus station in the centre of Chelmsford city.
Over 500 visitors flooded through the gates at Sandford Mill, Chelmsford, for its Science Discovery Day: The Great Outdoors on Sunday 9 July. The event was a fantastic opportunity for those with a love of nature and a sense of adventure to discover the science to their wild side.
