Your support means a great deal to us

31/10/17 About 1 minute
Springfield Youth Group is A Place To Belong.

We provide a safe space for 11-17 year olds to meet up with their friends and make new ones without fear of crime, bullying or violence.

We opened our doors on 30th June 2017 and now have almost 100 members from the Springfield area and beyond! Open every Friday at Springfield Parish Centre from 7.15-10pm, including school holidays, we run a range of inclusive indoor and outdoor activities - from Pool, Table Tennis, Craft, Karaoke and Gaming to Archery, Basketball, Football and Badminton - even a tuck shop for drinks and snacks! Movie nights, family quiz nights, discos and workshops are all planned for the future, along with outreach work and citizenship courses to benefit our members and the wider community.

Membership is free and entry is just £1 per session.

Community-led and run by a team of volunteers and now in partnership with Essex Youth Services, we are a not-for-profit group, entirely reliant on goodwill, grants and donations to continue our work.

Your support means a great deal to us. Whether through membership, voting for us in the Aviva Community Fund awards, or buying tickets via our Essex Lottery page, you can help us to continue supporting young people, to continue our growth and to build a second night as we welcome more members from our growing community.

THE ESSEX LOTTERY: A CHANCE TO WIN £25,000 AND SUPPORT SYG! 50p from every ticket purchased via our page comes directly back to the group - Good Luck!
