Long Standing Members of Boreham Village
The Barclay's were a well known established family who have lived in the village many years before most our current residents lived here.
The house they lived in is now occupied by third generation Mr A Barclay, who has sent in an interesting archive he has kept, which shows us a glimpse of life in the village and the activities that used to be a way of life in the parish.
Some of you may know John and Jean they were popular residents of the parish. Sadly Jean passed away quite a few years back and John more recently. Hopefully these may bring back some memories for some in the village and once again we would like to thank Mr Barclay for letting us share his photos with the rest of us.
