Abigail's performing arts are a Halstead based company who perform two productions a year at Braintree arts theatre. The group ranges in age from 3years old to 65years old and has a vast range of abilities from beginners to more experienced members.
Classes are run by Abigail Overall, a trained teacher who specialises in Musical Theatre as well as volunteers with a passion for performing arts. Past shows include 'The Wedding singer', 'Footloose', 'Alice..The Panto' and the group are currently working on 'The Little Mermaid Jr.' Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings at Halstead Baptist Church and
Friday evenings at Colne Engaine Primary school. Abigail's performing arts offer an Adult jazz/tap class for all abilities on a Monday evening in Earls Colne. Private singing lessons are also available upon request. The company are always looking for passionate members to join their productions. Abigail's performing arts are fully insured, DBS checked and are members of NODA and NETG.

The Adventure Castle play area in Hylands Park is now officially accredited by PiPA, also known as Planning Inclusive Play Areas.
