Aqua4baby - Mum to be classes

Hello I am Jan Phelps, I am the owner of Aqua4baby, who started these classes after a local Midwife Chris Johnston was looking to retire from running them, I trained up under the guidance of Chris and Birthlight, these classes have been running successfully for 4 years and I have now returning mums to be which is a complement in itself.

The Aqua natal Classes are designed to refresh the body and mind by giving great benefits to women of all stages of Pregnancy, through gentle exercise and relaxation It increases sleep and eases joints, tummy time is the best time as it allows time for mum-to-be to bond with baby and the love to grow. While giving you the opportunity to build up a network of new Friends.
If these classes sound just right for you; please email Jan@aqua4baby.co.uk for a space.
