Our one-to-one personal training programs help you achieve your goals through a personally designed and tailored regime at times and venues to personally suit you.

This service includes;
  • •  Free initial consultation/needs analysis to discuss goals, any healthy issues and nutrition.

  • •  Body stat and fitness testing done on a regular basis to measure performance and progress.

  • •  Personally designed sessions at a time and venue of your choice

  • •  Review program; analysing what you have done, how you have got on and where we can make changes to your programme.

  • •  Additional nutrition plan

    Buy 10 sessions get 11th one free
    We are offering an apprentice led program which is £30 per session. This is the blitzfitme approach and methods but with a less experienced trainer, offering a cheaper option.

After just over two months of construction, the all new Central Park play area is now open for families to enjoy in time for Christmas.
