Enlightened returns to Hylands Estate for 2022!

Following the hugely successful event last winter, Enlightened returns to Hylands Estate with a new, longer route and even more magical lighting installations for 2022.

Once again, the grounds will be transformed into a magical illuminated trail for visitors to enjoy with all the family. Book now to see mesmerising light displays and enchanting moments along a specially crafted route.

Enlightened runs from 24th November 2022 to 1st January 2023. The first entry is 4:30pm, with timeslots every 15 minutes until 9pm.

Pre-booking is required and multiple ticket types are available, as well as off-peak and peak dates. See website for more information.

Chelmsford City Council is asking residents to take part in the annual Rocket O’Clock scheme. The scheme asks people to be considerate of others when holding their own firework displays.
You can only report a missed collection within 24 hours of your collection day. If your collection is on a Friday, you can report a missed collection on the following Monday.
