
Zenshin-Do Women's Self Defence have created a self defence course for women and girls over 11.
This is an empowering self defence course where you will learn essential techniques and strategies - helping you to protect yourself in a range of situations.
This course is also FREE to attend.
This self defence event will be held at the Civic Centre on Duke Street in Chelmsford on Saturday, 6th April 2024. The event is open from 1 - 4 pm.
Simply bring yourself, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, leggings or tracksuit bottoms
