Helen Rollason Cancer Charity launches their Winter Raffle!

Helen Rollason Cancer Charity have recently launched their Winter Raffle with the chance to win fabulous prizes and a top prize of £500! It’s so simple to play and you will be helping to enable quality of life while living with cancer.

There are three exciting prizes to be won:

1st £500

2nd Christmas Hamper

3rd £40 Meal Voucher for The Lion Inn, Boreham

Tickets cost only £1 each and the closing date is Wednesday 22nd January 2020.

Last year, the raffle raised an incredible £4,500 for the charity! The raffle was drawn on Friday 25th January 2019 at the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity Fundraising Office and the first prize of £500 was won by Lynn Power from Harlow. Lynn visited our Bishop’s Stortford Support Centre at the Herts & Essex Hospital to be presented with her cheque.

A client herself, Lynn knows first-hand what a difference the charity can make;

“Once a month I lay down on the HRCC couch at the Bishop’s Stortford Support Centre with Claire my therapist and I talk about my hopes, my worries, my feelings while she gives me a reflexology treatment. After the session I come out of the little room feeling like I’m walking on air; it gives me a real lift.

I would like to thank everyone at the charity for making it a warm, welcoming and calm place to come.”

To purchase your own tickets and be in with a chance of winning up to £500 visit our website http://www.helenrollason.org.uk where you can purchase them online or call 01245 380719 to pay over the phone.
