What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an holistic therapy based on the theory that different reflex points on the feet correspond with different area within the body.

How can it help Me?

A Reflexology treatment can encourage and support the Body to restore its balance naturally.
Reflexology can help by:

• Relieving stress and tension
• Improving sleep patterns
• Providing a deep sense of relaxation
• Increase your sense of wellbeing
• Reducing anxiety and improving mood

In addition to traditional Foot Reflexology, I also offer Facial Reflexology and have advanced training in Pregnancy Reflexology.

Opening Times:
Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri : 9 am – 3 pm in Howe Street, Great Waltham
Wed : 9 am to 8 pm @ The Nesting Place, Little Waltham Road
