To Start

Leek and potato soup with rosemary infused croutons, served with artisan bread (v)
Classic prawn cocktail in a marie rose sauce topped with smoked salmon
served with artisan bread
Chicken liver and peppercorn pate served with caramelised onion chutney and crostini breads
Honey glazed goat's cheese and beetroot tartlet on mixed leaf salad withbalsamic dressing (v)
Satay chicken spring roll with a rich satay sauce and crisp oriental salad.
Deep fried breaded brie on mixed leaf with cranberry sauce (v)


To Follow

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey with pigs in blankets, apricot stuffing and gravy
Roast Aberdeen Angus beef with a rich red wine gravy
Roasted vegetable wellington with vegetarian gravy (v)
All of the above are served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding,
steamed seasonal vegetables and creamed brussel sprouts

Slow roasted pork belly served with wholegrain mustard mash potato, winter greens,
crackling twig and finished with thatcher's cider jus
Pan fried fillet of sea bass with served on crushed new potatoes with cherry tomato and spring onion
topped with psarsley butter
Portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach, chestnuts and red onion jam,
topped with brie and cashelle blue cheese served with sauteed potatoes and a Napoli sauce (v)

Teryaki asian beef salad; marinated strips of sirloin with sesame seeds and oriental vegetable salad
Smoked haddock and chorizo fish cakes with citrus mayonaise
