Classic prawn cocktail in a marie rose sauce topped with smoked salmon

Chicken liver and peppercorn pate served with caramelised onion chutney and crostini breads
Honey glazed goat’s cheese and beetroot tartlet on mixed leaf salad withbalsamic dressing (v)
Satay chicken spring roll with a rich satay sauce and crisp oriental salad.

Slow roasted pork belly served with wholegrain mustard mash potato, winter greens,
crackling twig and finished with thatcher’s cider jus
Pan fried fillet of sea bass with served on crushed new potatoes with cherry tomato and spring onion
topped with psarsley butter
Portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach, chestnuts and red onion jam,
