The Chelmsford City Council customer service centre will now only be available for emergency calls until 2nd January, 2024.
If your call is urgent and relates to homelessness, a noise nuisance, damage to parks, reporting a stray dog, or another emergency, call 01245 606606 to be put through.
The team will be available for all other phone queries from 8.45am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. If you're visiting in person, the Civic Centre will reopen from 10am on 2nd January.
