In line with recommendations from the Safety Advisory Group, the club's main car park at Melbourne Community Stadium will be closed to fans on matchday. This measure is designed to enhance safety by mitigating risks associated with the simultaneous departure of large crowds and vehicles following the game.
To ensure a smooth experience for attendees, parking will be available at the nearby St John Payne Catholic School from 11:30am until 6:30pm. The fee is £6.50 per car, with card payments only – no cash accepted. Vehicles remaining on site after 6:30pm will not be accessible until Monday morning.
The school's address is Patching Hall Lane, Chelmsford, CM1 4BS (What3Words: remedy.hint.plank).
Kick-off at Melbourne Community Stadium is scheduled for 3:00pm, with Chelmsford City hosting National League South rivals Weston-super-Mare in what promises to be an electric encounter.
Supporters are encouraged to plan their journey in advance and arrive early to secure parking. Full matchday details, including ticket information and travel advice, are available on the club's official website.
