First Bus are offering free bus travel to the Armed Forces community, serving troops, veterans, and cadets on Remembrance weekend (Saturday 11 November and Sunday 12 November).
Current and former members of the military who wish to take up the offer should show the driver their armed Forces ID or wear their medals or uniform.
We hope that the free travel will help the community attend commemorative events to remember the service and sacrifice of their comrades.
First Bus drivers may pull over to carry out a 2 minute silence at 11am on these days, so please be patient if you are on the bus.
