H.E.L.P for lone and single parents

H.E.L.P has been running for nearly 9 years and we will be celebrating our birthday in July.
This charity was founded on the principle to help and give encouragement to lone and single parents - to not only build themselves, but also to help show what is around to help them.

We cater for all ages of single parents, with kids from 0 - 18 years old. We have monthly meetings at the west Maldon Community Centre which are on the
last Friday of every month (6:30pm till 8:30 pm) with information and activities for everyone that comes along.

Also we arrange days out and events for the parents and for the children and teenagers.

This year we have lots going on, as we have a new chair lady "Tracey" who has taken over the charity and club nights. We also have great volunteers who help out in the office and on club nights & we are always on searching for new volunteers to help in the office and on club nights (18 +)

We also have a website: www.loneparenthelp.org.uk

We have a Facebook page: help - hope & encouragement for lone parents

All of information about the charity and events and achievements are posted on both, with a calendar with all the meeting dates and events coming up on the website.
