Fun, Local Fitness Classes in Chelmsford

JR Fitness is the story of two sisters passionate about making fitness FUN and easily accessible! We have both been in the industry for 7+ years and having recently moved to Chelmsford are now bringing our fun fitness classes with us!
We teach a range of classes from FitBounce - a mini trampoline workout that has you burning calories like there’s no tomorrow, to weighted Powerhoop - a weighted hula hoop class that slims the tum and is, surprisingly, extremely easy for everyone to do!
Our classes are Pay-As-You-Go as we know how hard it is to have to commit to memberships! As our classes involve equipment we do ask you to book your space in advance as they are limited!
Suitable for all abilities our classes are fun, friendly and sociable and options are always given to make it harder/easier... essentially you get out what you put in and we are here to motivate you along the way. Come and join us at a class and discover or even rediscover a love for exercising!
