Kids Kickboxing on Tuesdays ( term time only) 5-6pm. Ages 5-12 and £6 a session with Assistant Coach Gemma Old.

Adults Kickboxing on Thursdays 7-8pm. £7 a session with Head Coach Jolie Boyle.

Kickboxing is great for gaining confidence, losing weight, keeping fit, self defence, anti bullying, having fun, making friends, achieving goals through belt grading's and general well being.
