Local creative content & businesses wanted for 3foot People and Fling Festivals

Chelmsford City Events are in full swing preparing for their annual summer festivals, returning to Hylands Park in July. This year sees them working further to celebrate and showcase local creative talent and are on the lookout for providers to help enhance the festival experience.

The 3foot People Festival runs from Tuesday 2 - Thursday 4 July 2019, attracting over 14,000 children, parents and carers. This award-winning festival aimed at pre-schoolers provides a fun, diverse and exciting mix of playful activities and amusements.

If you can offer any of the following, suitable for children ages 0-5 years, they want to hear from you:

- acts
- performances/shows
- activities
- interactive area/zones
- walkabout entertainment
- Fling Festival, returning Saturday 6 July 2019, is designed for adults only and features a unique and engaging mix of entertainment and activities across an intimate village of tents, stalls and stages.

Do you offer anything alternative and unique that Fling has never seen before? They’re looking for:

- quirky activities
- unique performers
- walkabout entertainment
- If it’s something you can offer, why not get in touch?

You can either apply for one festival or both festivals and the deadline for initial applications is Sunday 24 February 2019.
