TMFIT is a local family run fitness training studio based on the edge of Great Waltham.

Our concept is different from other gyms as we are not a monthly membership gym. We run bespoke small group training classes and one-to-one personal training sessions.

Our main focus is customer service. First and foremost, we want you to feel totally comfortable when stepping through our doors. We understand that many people are put off by stepping foot in a gym and we take great pride in our reputation for being friendly and welcoming.

Secondly, we want you to get fit and have all the help and guidance you need to achieve this. Too many people join a gym and do not get the support to achieve their goals. At TMFIT you are not another number, you are part of our community.

We want to be totally inclusive to everyone and that is the beauty of our small group training classes. They are limited to a small number so we get to know you personally.

We believe that by attending one of our regular classes with one of our experienced personal trainers you will achieve more than joining a traditional membership gym.

We offer a FREE taster session for all our classes so come and give us a try as you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
