My name is Sally and I have over 20 years of yoga practice and over 30 years teaching experience.
I am delighted to combine the two and bring you Yoga Trybe.
Small classes designed to introduce you to the benefits of yoga at your pace.
Come along to Broomfield community hall Tuesday 9th 9.30 -10,30am for a free trial.
Mats provided.
Also small yoga studio for 1 to 1 personal yoga.
