Zumba with Kimmie D - Chelmsford

Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm of the music. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!

I have been teaching Zumba for many years and if you come join my class, I promise you will have so much fun.

All fitness levels and moves are welcome.

Dance at your own pace to anything from Latin, Soca, Ricky Martin, Bollywood, Venga Boys, Kylie Minogue, Little Mix and many more tunes.

There are about 11 different routines/tracks per class.

My classes are £5.00 for a 45 minute session and I teach on the following days/times at the Beaulieu Community Centre in Chelmsford, Essex, UK:

• Mondays at 7.45pm

• Tuesdays at 6.30pm

• Wednesdays at 7pm

• Thursdays at 7.30pm

My classes do get booked up quickly, but I can always add you to my waiting list if I am fully booked and any cancellations, I can let you know.
