
Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre Manager, Sarah Smith, says: "Ice skating is a wonderful sport to keep fit and have fun. We offer quick progression for skaters that show talent and can move pupils up a level when they are ready rather than wait until the term has ended. All skaters will be taught by a professional coach and to the National Ice Skating Association (NISA) approved 'Skate UK' programme."
Wannabe Torvill and Dean's need to register by 30 November, with registration forms available at the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre reception. The cost is £35 per month and this includes additional free public skating time (including public holidays), free skate hire and access to your own on-line account where you can track your skating progress.
