The Women’s Wellness Weekend will take place on Saturday June 13th and Sunday June 14th, 2026, at The Lodge in Duxford, bringing together more than 40 female-led wellness experts for two days of talks, workshops and taster sessions.
Organisers say the event is designed to help women discover trusted practitioners and explore areas including yoga, nutrition, therapy, menopause support, fitness, breathwork, counselling and holistic health.
Visitors will be able to attend expert-led talks throughout the day, take part in demonstrations and relaxation sessions, and meet specialists face-to-face in an informal setting.
The weekend is expected to attract attendees from across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with organisers promoting the event as an opportunity for women to “reset, reconnect and recharge”.
Topics due to be covered include stress management, emotional wellbeing, hormone health, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, movement therapy and mindfulness practices.
The event is being hosted by The Rising Tide Collective alongside women’s health specialists and wellness practitioners.
Tickets are priced at £25 per day and include access to talks, demonstrations, wellness guides and goodie bags, according to organisers.
The venue, located at Duxford near Cambridge, is around an hour from Chelmsford and offers free parking for visitors attending the event.
