Mental Health Awareness Week returns from Monday, May 11th to Sunday, May 17th, with organisations across Essex encouraging residents to take time for their wellbeing, connect with others and access support services. This year’s national campaign focuses on taking positive action to improve mental health and reduce stigma.
While Chelmsford does not yet appear to have one large central festival announced for the week, a number of local wellbeing organisations, charities and support providers are hosting activities, workshops and support services throughout the city.
